The usual problem
Restaurant partnerships move a lot of small amounts every day. One partner runs the kitchen, another handles suppliers, and a third only invested money. Each sees part of the picture.
- Cash sales written in a notebook at closing time
- Supplier invoices kept in a drawer or a phone gallery
- Salaries and rent paid by different partners
- Profit split worked out by hand at the end of the month
How Sharaketna helps
- Record daily sales and every expense in one shared ledger
- Use categories like food supplies, rent, salaries, utilities, and delivery fees
- Attach supplier invoices to each expense
- Send the month's sheet for review, then mark it completed
- See net profit and each partner's share in the reports

Questions and answers
Can the cashier record sales without seeing the partnership settings?
Yes. Add the cashier as a Worker. Workers enter records as their role allows, and the Manager or Owners review each sheet before it is completed.
Should I use one sheet per day or per month?
Most restaurants use one sheet per month and add each day's totals to it. Busy places sometimes use one sheet per week so partners can review more often.
Can I photograph supplier invoices?
Yes. Attach the photo to the expense, or use AI entry to turn the receipt into a suggested entry that you review before saving.
