The usual problem
In a trading partnership, one partner may buy the stock, another runs the shop, and both want to know if the business is really making money.
- Purchases paid from personal accounts
- Sales recorded in a notebook or a POS that only one partner sees
- Arguments about who covered which cost
How Sharaketna helps
- Record every purchase and sale in one place
- Attach supplier invoices and receipts
- Review each month before it is final
- Profit and loss, and category reports
- Each partner's share of the profit

Questions and answers
Does Sharaketna manage inventory?
No. It records the money side: stock purchases as expenses and sales as revenue. If you need item-level inventory, use a point-of-sale or inventory system and record the totals in Sharaketna.
Can it issue invoices to customers?
No. Sharaketna is a ledger for the partners, not an invoicing or VAT system.
How do partners see their profit?
Each owner has a percentage. The owner profit-share report shows each partner's share of the net profit for the period you choose.
